This beer achieves a dry-roasted character through the use of roasted barley. The emphasis is on the coffee-like roasted barley and a moderate degree of roasted malt aromas, defining much of the character of this beer. The Hop additions give the beer a medium bitterness and it is presented in a dark brown colour.
